Recovery, movement, and safe coordination

Support your recovery without losing sight of the surgical plan.

After surgery, your surgeon’s instructions come first. We can help evaluate whether licensed support for mobility, comfort, sleep, stress, or daily function fits your recovery plan.

Your story comes first

Recovery has phases. Care should respect them.

The right support depends on the procedure, healing timeline, restrictions, symptoms, and goals you share with your surgical team. A careful plan avoids rushing hands-on care and keeps function and safety at the center.

How we approach care

One clear conversation, then the right path.

We review the surgical plan, restrictions, current symptoms, and functional goals. When appropriate, we coordinate licensed rehabilitation or supportive care and refer new concerns back to the surgical or medical team.

Surgical coordination

Clearance, restrictions, wound status, and follow-up instructions guide every next step.

Rehabilitation

Physical therapy or another licensed rehabilitation path may support safe return to movement and daily activity.

Recovery support

Selected acupuncture, bodywork, sleep, or stress support may complement the plan after appropriate evaluation and clearance.

Virtual care

Useful when conversation and follow-up come first.

Education, recovery planning, symptom review, and selected follow-up may be possible virtually when the clinician can assess you safely.

In-person care

Essential when hands-on assessment or treatment matters.

Mobility testing, hands-on rehabilitation, acupuncture, chiropractic care, and bodywork require an appropriate location and recovery-stage evaluation.

A clearer first step

Start with your recovery goals and restrictions.

Share your surgical guidance and current needs so a licensed practitioner can determine whether supportive care is appropriate.
