InnerVital Membership Terms

1. Seller and program

InnerVital Membership is sold and administered by InnerVital Health Group, Inc. It is an optional, nonclinical annual program. It is not sold by InnerVital Botanical Supply Inc. or by an InnerVital-branded professional practice.

2. Price, term, and no free trial

The current price is $125 USD for an initial one-year term. There is no free trial. Applicable tax, if any, is shown in processor-hosted checkout. Your paid term begins when Stripe confirms the subscription unless the checkout offer states a different start date.

3. Automatic renewal and authorization

The Membership automatically renews for additional one-year terms until canceled. By enrolling, you authorize InnerVital Health Group, Inc. and its payment processor to charge the disclosed annual price and applicable tax to the payment method on file at each renewal, subject to notice and consent requirements under applicable law.

Before enrollment, Stripe Checkout or the approved Payment Link must require acceptance of these Membership Terms and link to the public Terms and Privacy Policy.

4. Renewal notice

InnerVital Health Group, Inc. sends its standard renewal notice 30 calendar days before the renewal date and will provide any additional notice required by applicable law using the email address or other contact information associated with the Membership. A notice will identify the upcoming renewal date, renewal price then in effect, and instructions for stopping renewal. Keep your contact information current.

5. Cancellation

You may stop automatic renewal online at innervital.com/membership/cancel/. Submit the request before the renewal date shown in your account or renewal notice to avoid the next annual charge, and keep the confirmation. If an accessibility or technical issue prevents online cancellation, use the Support page for assistance.

6. Effect of cancellation

Unless applicable law or the enrollment offer states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid Membership period. Benefits remain available through the paid-through date, subject to these Terms and benefit eligibility. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not cancel clinical appointments or botanical orders.

7. Refunds

Cancellation does not automatically create a prorated refund. Refund requests, duplicate charges, billing errors, and legally required refunds are reviewed under the terms shown at enrollment, the Refund & Cancellation Policy, and applicable law. Nothing limits a non-waivable refund or consumer right.

8. Included nonclinical benefits

Benefits may include 15% savings on eligible InnerVital Botanical products, AI-supported wellness and navigation tools, seasonal Traditional Chinese Medicine nutrition and lifestyle content, member education, webinars, botanical promotions, and other genuinely nonclinical benefits described on the Membership page.

9. Botanical savings

The 15% benefit applies only to eligible products and may exclude specified products, promotions, taxes, shipping, gift cards, or other categories disclosed by the botanical seller. InnerVital Botanical Supply Inc. remains the botanical seller. The discount does not make the botanical seller the Membership seller or make InnerVital Health Group, Inc. the botanical seller.

10. Clinical care is excluded

Membership does not include clinical care, does not provide a treatment discount, and is not required to request care. Clinical pricing, billing, appointment, cancellation, insurance, and refund policies are independently determined by the professional practice providing care.

11. Not insurance; patient responsibility remains

Membership is not health insurance and does not replace health insurance or a public health plan. It cannot waive or reduce deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, or other required patient responsibility. InnerVital Health Group, Inc. does not compensate professional practices or others for patient referrals.

12. Benefit eligibility and appropriate use

Benefits may have reasonable eligibility, geographic, inventory, technology, security, or exclusion rules described with the benefit. Educational and AI-supported tools do not provide medical advice. Do not share login or benefit credentials, abuse promotions, or use Membership channels to submit PHI, urgent medical needs, or payment-card information.

13. Changes to benefits or price

InnerVital Health Group, Inc. may add, modify, or discontinue benefits for future periods and may change the renewal price with advance notice required by law. A material change will not retroactively shorten the current paid term. If you do not agree to a future renewal price or material term, cancel before the stated deadline.

14. Payment processor and records

Membership checkout is provided by Stripe or a successor processor. InnerVital intends to receive tokenized transaction and subscription identifiers, not full card numbers or security codes. Your Stripe confirmation and InnerVital Membership record should identify InnerVital Health Group, Inc. as the seller and must remain separate from clinical and botanical receipts.

15. Contact and support

Use Contact InnerVital for nonclinical Membership or billing-support routing and the online cancellation page to stop renewal. Do not use a clinic phone as corporate Membership support unless it is expressly identified for that role, and do not send PHI or full card data.
